1. Deep breathing reduces stress – When you’re very stressed out stop and take 10 very deep breaths. You will instantly feel more enjoyable. Try it, you’ll see. Deep breathing supplies the oxygen that your body needs to operate well knowing that extra influx of oxygen can revitalize your body plus your mind that can reduce stress and help keep you calm.

2. Walking – Walking is one of the easiest things you can do to help keep in form even though you don’t have any money. It may even supply you with the energy to get ideas to generate additional income. It makes you feel more enjoyable and releases endorphins to make you cheerful. There are other exercises you can do that may help, such is tai chi, qi gong, yoga, Pilates, martial arts training, and biofeedback. Do it for least 30 minutes 4-5 days a week. You will be amazed at the difference.

3. Laughter – Perhaps the most important of all 3… Laughing out loud (That’s right – LOL). It has been said that, “Laughter is the best medicine.” We have all at once heard that famous line, but rarely if do we take it to heart. Laughter is among the best and easiest releases for endorphins that your body has. Finding humor in situations which are extremely stressful can be difficult to complete inside the moment. But locating time to watch a romantic comedy, or a favorite comedian’s stand-up routine, and laughing the evening away doesn’t only elevate your mood, it can also relieve stress.
